Parks Canada requires engineering services to support highway rehabilitation projects along Highway 431 in Gros Morne National Park and Highway 436 at L’Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site in Newfoundland and Labrador. The work on Highway 431 spans approximately 12.7 km near the Tableland Mountains and includes sensitive excavation and rehabilitation of a day-use parking lot, while the Highway 436 project covers 3.7 km and involves upgrades to the Visitor Centre parking area, access road, and bus loop. Services will include field work, quality control, and construction supervision.
