IRCC's Communication branch has a requirement for an advertising campaign to increase the number of French speakers among new immigrants to Canada (outisde Quebec). In 2023-2024 – IRCC ran a campaign with the goal to increase the number of French-proficient applicants to the Express Entry (EE) application system. 2024-2025: IRCC plans to run a similar campaign targeting candidates with strong French language proficiency and specific skillsets eligible to apply through all immigration pathways, including but not limited to Express Entry.
