IRCC's Communication branch has a requirement for an advertising campaign to promote services designed to help newcomers (including refugees) settle in Canada, as well as a tool that can help them locate services nearby offered by federally funded service Provider Organizations (SPOs). To welcome new permanent residents who have arrived in Canada (excluding Quebec) in the last five years and to ensure they receive the support they need to settle, integrate and thrive in Canada, IRCC continues to build awareness of newcomer services and inform them of the services’ benefits.
