The department has a requirement for the provision of strategic advisory services to the Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Phase 3 Programme for Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). These services are required to support the transformation objectives of DPM P3. The work associated with this Task Authorization is to provide advice and guidance related to the work and deliverables in support of the Digital Platform Modernization Phase 3 Programme Definition phase; and to provide advice and guidance, in alignment with Managing Succesful Programmes (MSP) best practices, to help IRCC prepare for the upcoming Case Management Platform (CMP) implementation
