The Contractor must provide expertise to perform and conduct analysis, design, development and implementation of a new best in class finance and materiel management system solution that will leverage the SAP S/4 HANA platform currently being implemented by the RCMP. The new system will also leverage the Government of Canada's (GC) standard SAP business solution being developed by the Digital Comptrollership Program (DCP) of Treasury Board Secretariat's Office of the Comptroller General (TBS-OCG). The Contractor must support the RCMP in the areas of business process design, organizational change management, and technology development to implement this transformative initiative for a planned go-live date of April 1, 2027.
