Canadian Firearms Program - Program Assessment & Mobilization The department has a requirement for the assessment of the RCMP's Canadian Firearms Digital Services Solution (CFDSS) project activities completed to date, and a perspective on the program roadmap and release schedule. The contractor and their resources will help with priority backlog items for the functionality already implemented. This focused on the Project Management Office (PMO), mobilization and onboarding including knowledge transfer session, assessment and planning including review of key deliverables to date and go-forward approach, maintenance and support backlog of defects and enhancement to address.
