Solicitation trail
The department has a requirement for the renewal of the maintenance and support for the Adobe Experience Manager software. The software is used to support Global Case Management system and eapps. The Global Case Management System plays an integral part of Canada’s Immigration program as the single, integrated and worldwide system used to process applications for citizenship and Immigration Services. This contract supports the department’s delivery of its core mandate and contributes to the department’s modernization strategy.
