Contract Description: The existing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units at the High Commission of Canada to Jamaica (HC) have exceeded their life expectancy and as a result are experiencing frequent failures. An engineering firm was retained to complete an option analysis for solutions to these failures and the preferred solution proposed was a complete replacement of the HVAC system, as well as upgrades to the HC’s ventilation zoning on each floor (basement, ground floor, second floor, mezzanine, roof) and the recapitalization of the Building Management System (BMS).
