The Banff Operations Compound, originally built in the 1940s, is undergoing Phase 2 of utility upgrades after assessments showed the infrastructure had reached the end of its service life. The work will provide new water, sanitary, electrical, communications, and natural gas services, along with civil, structural, and geotechnical designs to support long-term reliability and future expansion. The project also includes site grading for a new National Fire Cache Building, contaminated soil sampling, tender preparation, construction administration, and post-construction services.
