Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) seeks two level three Business Analysts to collaborate on the Social Insurance Register Renewal (SIRR) project with the Integrity Services Branch. These analysts will be responsible for capturing business requirements, decision logic, and process maps to define the functionality built into the legacy system over the past 40 years. The SIRR Project aims to migrate the Social Insurance Register (SIR) database and applications from the mainframe to a new cloud-based solution by December 2027. The Social Insurance Register (SIR) system supports the Social Insurance Number (SIN) program and contains personal information along with all SINs issued since 1964.
