The Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard) is a combined day and night signal incorporating a smoke and two electric lights. It is designed for use in marking the position of a man fallen overboard from a ship. It is attached to a Kisbie ring by a means of a line. Controlled Goods This procurement is not subject to the Controlled Goods Program. 3. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. 4. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. 5. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
