Description
The Vendor must design and implement a compliant Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online information management solution and migrate content from RDIMS, shared drives, and existing SharePoint sites. The work includes assessing and restructuring information, configuring secure and governed M365 settings, executing a pilot migration for the IM IT Branch, and enabling internal staff through training and knowledge transfer. An optional phase expands the solution department wide, including large scale migration and change management.
