Description

This requirement is for Harbour Centre Workstations Replacement for Employment and Social Development Canada. Reissue of Bid Solicitation: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 100029124B dated December 16, 2025, with the closing date of January 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm, EST. A debriefing will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Description of the Requirement: Service Canada, under Employment and Social Development Canada, requires dismantling, moving, transportation, and installation services to replace 334 existing workstations systems with ergonomic sit-stand desks. These desks have already been purchased and are currently stored in a warehouse. The services also include the transfer of the existing peripherals from the old desks to the new sit-stand desks, and intra-building moves of existing office furniture. All work must be completed outside of normal business hours, on weeknights and weekends. The project must be completed within 14 consecutive calendar days from the start date. The work will be performed on-site at Harbour Centre, located at 555 Hastings Street W, in Vancouver, BC. The work site distance from the warehouse is approximately 41km. The work will be organized and executed in six distinct phases, with the objective of completing all phases by June 30, 2026. While every effort should be made to meet this completion date, a specific delivery date for the completion of the work will be established within 6 weeks from the contract start date.
