The project consists of executing a comprehensive conservation program that arrests the active deterioration of the 19th-century Wellington Wall masonry and ironwork, thereby ensuring the structure's long-term stability and preservation of its heritage value. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
