Description

Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Work of this Contract is comprised of the interior sanitary and exterior storm sewer repairs located at the National Forestry Centre (NR Can). This work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Installation of Sanitary Sewer below existing concrete floor, 2. Installation of Storm System, 3. Pavement Rehabilitation of disturbed areas, 4. Mobilization and demobilization of all personnel, equipment, support facilities and materials required to complete the Work, 5.Site cleanup once all the work has been completed. EXISTING SANITARY INVERT CONNECTION DEPTH: The contractor shall confirm the depth of the existing sanitary sewers at key locations before any sanitary sewers are disconnected or new pipe is installed. Based on the as-built drawings the depth of the existing sanitary sewer, below the floor of the maintenance corridor, should be such that the invert of the pipe is above the bottom of the grade beams.The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within Thirty-Two (32) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
