DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. GA220016_86814 – Water Distribution System Flushing and Inspection Services, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for water distribution system flushing and inspection services at 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location.  It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit. Date: April 28, 2026 Time: 10:00am, local time Location: Building B-71, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $137,417.50, for one year, with the option to extend for two additional 2-year periods. This contract will be in place from Notification of Award to March 31, 2027. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional 2-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
