Description

The objective of this engagement is to support FCC in assessing whether and how Project Finance should become part of FCC’s long-term strategic toolkit, through a phased, pilot-based approach. The consultant will support the execution of selected pilot transactions and conduct a diagnostic of FCC’s current capabilities and relevant industry practices, in order to inform FCC’s strategic position, governance and risk management requirements, and recommendations on the potential development of a Project Finance channel.  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
