Mandated to assist Atlantic Canadian SMEs in the food sector, CSK has strategically built its infrastructure and expertise network in order to deliver market-validated solutions to food companies of all sizes. CSKs multidisciplinary team of food scientists, award winning chefs, and market experts have a vision of being the global choice for food product development. They achieve this by providing clients with a customizable suite of services capturing the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, transferring valuable knowledge and proven processes for food innovation to help clients meet ever-changing needs of consumers. CSK continually demonstrates enhanced value to new and returning food industry clients by becoming an extension of their own team and de-risking the product development process. With a strategic network of industry partners, including category experts, primary producers, ingredient suppliers, and government funding partners, CSK is a one-stop resource for food product development needs.
