Purpose
The purpose of this project is to bring the boating safety and search and rescue prevention message to young people all across Canada who are already committed to outdoor life and marine activities, and to leverages their boating knowledge and commitment to spread the boating safety message more broadly in their local communities. It will do this by developing video based, complete boating safety/search and rescue awareness program that will become part of the regular Scouting programs across Canada.
