Purpose
The purpose of this project is to develop team leaders skills and knowledge which are in line with the expectations of provincial authorities in Québec. It will achieve this through the development of a training plan and certification program and through the delivery of workshops across the province with SAR team members whose personal qualities and skills are recognized by leader of their groups.
