Purpose

St. Leonard’s Society of Canada (SLSC) will investigate promising practices, challenges, and recommendations by conducting surveys of and key informant interviews with Community Residential Facilities (CRFs) within the SLSC network including SLSC-affiliated CRFs and CRF stakeholder group and infection prevention control specialists. SLSC will host virtual roundtables with community agencies (affiliated and non-affiliated CRF operators) and government partners (CSC, PBC, PS) for knowledge exchange. SLSC will implement (and assess efficacy of) innovative mechanisms for SLSC-affiliated CRF operators to enhance overall service delivery to clients
