Purpose
Our objectives are to use the experience and knowledge gained by Inuit youth in Nunavut to develop similar capacity within Yukon First Nations to: identify the strengths of Traditional Knowledge and the strengths of western scientifically-derived knowledge; explore how the two can work better together to address issues of local relevance to these communities. Develop tools to: Identify and set local research priorities; Engage with mainly southern but also Yukon-based researchers.
