Purpose
This project supports the United Nations (UN) in increasing the meaningful participation of women in peace operations. Project activities include: (1) creating a network for uniformed women in UN peace operations; (2) accelerating implementing the Women, Peace and Security agenda; (3) implementing strategic communications to support gender-responsive and accountable UN peacekeeping; and (4) training uniformed women on specialized tasks in United Nations mission headquarters.
