Purpose
A contribution to support the construction of a highway extension that will consist of two separate roadways with two lanes each, located between the end of Phase I (Route 108-143) and Route 108, east of the borough of Lennoxville. It also includes the redevelopment of Route 108, between Spring Rd and Glenday Rd as well as the construction of several structures including a traffic circle, overpasses with ramps and several bridges (over a river, railway lines, roads and lands).
