Purpose
The Project will implement or enhance natural infrastructure distributed across the city, including rainwater tree trenches, wetlands, stream restoration, and hybrid infrastructure such as bioswales and permeable land cover. Once complete, this project will improve water quality and provide climate adaptation and increase flood resilience, species protection, and biodiversity. Furthermore, it will improve livability for residents by reducing urban heat island effects, improving air quality and creating more access to nature.
