Purpose
The bilingual network will build on the success of its previous 2020-2023 platform by providing DND/CAF with a research hub focusing on current sources of tension in the rules-based international order. Focus will be on challenges pose by great power competition and climate disruption, the response to these disruptions, and addressing how Canada can position itself to face these issues.
