Purpose
This project will develop and pilot a family violence supports innovation hub which will design, implement and evaluate new family justice services. Specifically, this project will consist of several components: develop a family court support worker program, implement the use of facilitative judges, develop trauma informed polices/procedures, develop survivor insulation programming, develop and implement a Parenting After Separation course specifically for families impacted by family violence, and improve coordination in concurrent and related family, criminal, and child protection matters.
