Purpose
This project seeks to provide training in family mediation and arbitration in family law cases for legal practitioners while also creating a family justice specialist to support victims of intimate partner violence with concurrent criminal and family matters. The project will support a position for cross-examination in family law matters, and will develop and implement tools for identification of family violence in family court matters.
