Purpose
This project supports the Global Financing Facility for Women, Children and Adolescents (GFF). The GFF is a multi-donor financing platform that provides country-led, sustainable financing to end preventable maternal, newborn and child deaths. The GFF uses these funds, along with funds from country donors, private foundations and recipient country domestic resources, to implement its 2021-2025 Strategy: Protecting, Promoting and Accelerating Health Gains for Women, Children and Adolescents. This strategy takes into consideration countries’ needs related to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
