Purpose

A nuclear power plant (or any industrial facility) has hundreds of thousands of equipment and components that need to be continuously monitored for safe and reliable operation. System and Component Engineers spend much of their time compiling data to write “health reports”. NPX is building a software platform for automated health reporting, allowing engineers to use their time to improve equipment health instead. The platform is web-app, that connects enterprise data and automatically produces equipment and component health reports and will be further developed to integrate machine learning, continuous online monitoring data, and to provide condition-based monitoring analysis and insights.
