Purpose
This project supports the growth of Aurora Heat, an Indigenous-led business based in the Northwest Territories, by conducting research to identify the firm's specific operational needs in implementing advanced digital systems, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered marketing innovations. Three key roles will accelerate the company’s expansion across affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships, and digital sales channels. These innovations are expected to increase revenue, expand the company’s reach in national and international markets, and create 10 to 16 new jobs in Northern Canada, supporting doubling Indigenous employment in the community of Fort Smith.
