Purpose
This project will establish an international food link, sharing knowledge in the area of food quality systems, food safety and international food trade. This project will provide an avenue for students to understand first-hand the specific requirements of food safety and quality that is mandatory in other parts of the world. Shared curriculum from the partners will be provided in both classroom and web-based delivery formats to international students.
