Purpose

This project will develop a new framework for urban planning and public investment by examining, documenting and comparing methods, ideas, designs and programs that unite people across jurisdictional boundaries. Practical solutions for the next generation of urban policymakers will be developed using four important Canadian and European cities: Quebec City, Vancouver, Barcelona and Dublin as the setting for MegaRegion studies. A Specialization or Certificate in Canadian-European urban studies known as the International Track will be created.
