Purpose
This project involves the retrofit of a 100-year old heritage building that will address safety, accessibility, and environmental concerns. The proposed retrofit will increase GHG reductions, provide energy savings and, ultimately, ensure that the facility is able to continue serving Indigenous communities for many years to come.
