Purpose

Build a viable forest value chain characterization and management tool for organisations, governments and the general public across Canada, collect and provide the means to share forest value chain data and information between organisations and with governments, enable supply chain traceability and geolocated forests of origin of wood fibre of products, generate and render general public information and confidential forest facts and figures about specific wood fiber supply chains, and promote the sustainability of Canadian forestry practices and forest product contribution to Canada's decarbonization goals.
