Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set out the terms and conditions under which the CFP will provide funding to the Recipient under the Firearms Funding Program for Opt-In Provinces. This funding is provided to compensate the recipient for certain administrative costs associated with the delivery of services under the Firearms act within their own jurisdiction.
