Purpose

This 47-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: human resources management, board governance, strategic and succession planning, partnerships, collaboration and networking, developing a claims strategy, and implementing results-based management. In addition, the project will enhance organizational capacity to maintain a stable, renewable organization and increase its membership, and to recruit new employees to pursue its mandate of advancing the role of women in society.
