Purpose
The purpose of amendment #4 is to provide additional funding in the amount of $522,000 for 2016/17 fiscal year, to support (1) shortfalls in provincial government and in private sector funding and, (2) to add additional activities to the Cybertip.ca project, to support the further development and maintenance of the Arachnid system.
