Purpose
Edmonton Police Service (EPS) will develop an intervention approach for individuals at high risk of radicalizing to violence. This project will develop community engagement strategies and counter narratives; provide support to at-risk individuals; and increase the capacity of EPS and community stakeholders to address these issues through training and awareness campaigns. Activities associated with this project will take place in the community and in the online space, and will include the involvement of frontline practitioners.
