Purpose
The project will revitalize the City's downtown core by creating an urban park in Peterborough. Improvements will include multi-use central space with a stage facility for performances and events that doubles as an ice rink in the winter months; building with change rooms, washrooms, storage, and refrigeration; outdoor Farmer's Market; children's water park; as well as sitting and relaxation spaces.
