Purpose
The Career Foundation will take an integrative skills development approach built on innovative challenge-based and project-based learning. Through this collaboration, women will be prepared with highly sought-after workplace skills, such as problem solving, collaboration, communication, creativity, innovation and digital skills. The program is designed to address barriers experienced in racialized women, women with disabilities, self-identifying LGBTQ2 individuals, and those who experienced prolonged detachment from the workforce.
