Purpose
The Okanagan Nation Alliance will hold a regional community safety gathering to provide an opportunity for communities who have completed a community safety planning process or are in the early stages of a safety planning process to connect and discuss shared experiences associated with safety plan implementation. The gathering will be an opportunity to share information on safety initiatives, identify successes, best practices and challenges while supporting regional collaboration and partnerships. Approximately 38 communities would be participating at this gathering.
