Purpose
The project aims to support the design and drafting of the National Drug Strategy (NDS) and National Plan of Action (NPA) of Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadine to improve their response to drug trafficking. This project will improve their institutional capacity by promoting the inclusion of measurable actions in their NDS and NPA, including but not limited to, drug trafficking, crime prevention through the improvement of health and justice cooperation, regulatory landscape, and information strategies. This project forms part of a larger, multi-decade effort by the Recipient, providing technical assistance to OAS member states for the development and improvement of national drug strategies (NDS).
