Purpose
To amplify women’s voices regarding their needs directly to their Heads of State, especially during the phase of pandemic recovery, the initiative supports the preparation and participation of women’s organizations before, during and after the Summit of the Americas. The project will also enhance the effectiveness of the Summits of Americas Process by ensuring consultation of women’s organizations, their engagement in the mandate negotiation process, and increased follow up during implementation of key mandates.
