Purpose
BioAro is developing an AI-guided software platform (PanOmiQ) for end-to-end analysis of Genomic (WGS, WES) and Microbiome (Gut, skin, vaginal, oral) data for precision health support to patients with chronic diseases (cancers, cardiac, IBD etc.). The current project would assist testing, validation and (ML-guided) training of the PanOmiQ software for clinical deployment in hospitals and for use by researchers in academic institutions.
