Purpose
This project seeks to contribute to women’s economic empowerment by engaging Canadian private sector companies in eliminating barriers that women face in the workplace. The organization will engage with partners to develop, test and implement a set of tools that will establish a blueprint for gender equality. The project will also result in a certification methodology for gender equality in the private sector.
