Purpose
The Province of Manitoba will receive necessary surge support with general health human resources. This will include support for ICU, emergency room, acute care and general nursing. Staff currently working in these areas will receive need support to reduce the workload. Residents of Manitoba will continue to receive quality care, mitigating the impacts of COVID-19 outbreaks in the province.
