Purpose
The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding to raise public awareness of firearm safety as well as the root causes of violence and mental health challenges in Nunavut. The project aims to offer programming that targets and breaks the cycles of violence, trauma and substance abuse as well as restores the cultural identity and intergenerational relationships of Inuit men.
