Purpose
The project intends to maintain and strengthen the Canadian Red Cross’ (CRC) capacity and competencies to respond rapidly and effectively to all-hazard emergency events across Canada in order to meet the increasing needs of affected people in a changing risk environment, including the specific needs of differentially impacted, diverse, at-risk communities.
