Purpose
This project outlines a 30-day deployment model designed to provide scalable and coordinated services in both medical first response and psychosocial support, in response to Manitoba's request for federal assistance due to active wildfires. The deployment will be structured with rotating teams to ensure sustained coverage for evacuees while allowing for responder rest and continuity of operations. The plan is designed to be flexible and will be adapted as necessary, in alignment with local and provincial needs.
